I am Jade, a UK RECOGNISED FULLY qualified Cat groomer (the only one in Thurrock). who specialises in a variety of Cat grooming services.We have specialised in cats for many years and continue to grow and advance our knowledge with every opportunity. We love our job and carry it out with a passion, for providing the best quality cat grooming, all inclusive services in located within Thurrock.

CAT | DESHEDDING FULL GROOMS
Deshedding full grooms are perfect for most cats!
The Groom would consist of us brushing out all the dead undercoat in which promotes healthy skin and coat. Along with helping to prevent matting.
CAT | LION CUT/EXTENDED LION CUT
lion cuts are a low maintenance groom which consists of a full haircut all over the body
Leaving only a mane, legs and a tail fluffy.
It is best for those older kitties who may not clean themselves as well anymore, those cats that have a lot of matting, allergies, skin conditions etc
It can also suit any adult cat depending on there lifestyle.

Cat nail clipping, matting removal, hygiene trims, undercarriage trim, Microchip scanning, brush outs, teeth cleaning, bathing & drying

WHEN SHOULD I START BRINGING MY NEW KITTEN?
We highly recommend booking your kitten in 1-2 weeks after their last vaccination for a introduction to grooming.
Leaving it till they are 6 months or later could result in them disliking grooming.
Getting them on a regular schedule from a young age is important as it promotes a healthy happy relationship between your pet and them being groomed
DO YOU TAKE WALK IN APPOINTMENTS?
Unfortunately we are by pre-booked appointment only.

DO YOU OFFER PICK UP AND DROP OFF SERVICES?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a pick up & drop off service.
DO YOU HAVE A PRICE LIST?
We do not have a exact price list, we have starting prices but these may slightly differ depending breed, size, coat condition and temperament in which are the deciding factors of how much your groom will exactly cost.

COMPLAINTS ?
You will have 48hrs after groom is completed to raise any complaints and if needed we will get you back for a touch up no later than a week and half (unless we are away) if you raise a complaint & cannot attend the fix up appointment then a new groom will be needed and will be charged for as any longer than this and the hair will have grown.
No refunds will be given as the services have been completed.
